Kim grew up in the MD/DC Metro area, has spent over 20 years in the Baltimore area and is now living in the Annapolis area - she knows the local markets well. Kim has had experience as a Real Estate Investor as well had her Real Estate license during the time she was investing Her knowledge of loans and Real Estate spans over 20 years.
