Courtney Deoraj

Courtney is the Operations Manager for Mint Home loans, overseeing all departments including loan processing, funding, post-closing and many other day to day operations. She is also a licensed Mortgage Originator. Prior to joining Mint Home Loans, Courtney was a loan processor, as well as an assistant branch manager. She is motivated to make the loan process as efficient as possible for our team, but more importantly for our clients and realtor partners. Courtney is responsible for implementing systems and processes to make our day to day operations run efficiently. She prides herself on her ability to work through complex situations and her skill at simplifying and explaining things at a level that everyone understands. Courtney is passionate about having transparent transactions, while developing and maintaining trustworthy relationships with all parties involved. Courtney resides in Carroll County with her husband, their three children and their three dogs.
