Ashley Smith

Ashley has been in the mortgage business for 5 years – She is responsible for working with clients from loan approvals through being cleared to close. She helps work though any documentation requests from underwriting and tries her best help clients understand exactly what is needed and even why things are needed. She prides herself in being informative and having good communication. She really enjoys building relationships throughout each transaction and creating a personable experience for each client. Outside of processing your loans – Ashley has a three year old daughter, Charleigh, who is absolutely wrapped around her finger. They enjoy unnecessary trips to Target, Mommy daughter dates, and doing anything outdoors together.
